We built Riverstone around a simple idea: the struggles people carry — addiction, depression, broken relationships — didn't start in a vacuum. They started in connection, and that's where they heal. Our programs are designed to meet that truth head-on.
About
Let's Start the Conversation
Our work is personal, and the way people access it should be too. Some show up in crisis. Some show up curious. Some show up because someone they love asked them to. We built Riverstone to hold all of it.
The Headwater: Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Where healing originates. A structured Intensive Outpatient Program grounded in attachment theory and relational trauma work — for people ready to do the deeper work, not just manage symptoms
The Current: Enhanced Outpatient Program (EOP)
Where momentum takes shape. Weekly individual therapy, weekly group therapy, and dedicated case management for people who need more than a weekly session but aren't in crisis. Built for those stepping down from intensive work or stepping up because standard outpatient isn't enough.
The Tributary: Workshops & Family Systems
Where individuals and families heal together. Two- and three-day intensives built on the Roots & Recovery curriculum — designed to surface the patterns that run through families and give people a different way forward.
The Confluence: Outpatient Care & Ongoing Community
Where recovery is sustained. Ongoing outpatient care, step-down support, and monthly community connection — because recovery that depends on willpower alone doesn't last. Recovery held in relationship does.
Every program can stand on its own. People enter at whatever level makes sense for them — that's by design. If you're not sure where to start, call us — we'll figure it out together.
